October 11 is International Day of the Girl Child.
This year’s theme: ‘EmPOWER Girls: Before, during and after crises’.

It’s up to each of us to recognize gender equality and foster an environment where all children — boys and girls, cisgendered or transgendered— can step into a world of inclusivity that honours their gifts, individuality and worth regardless of gender or sexuality.
